01 Introduction and Acceptance

If you notice unusual activity, contact Leon188 support immediately and change your password. Leon188 may temporarily lock an account while suspicious activity, duplicate registration, or identity concerns are investigated.

05 Deposits, Payment Methods, and Balances

Supported payment options may include FPX Online Banking, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other displayed channels. Availability, processing times, and MYR limits may vary by account, bank, payment provider, and verification status.

A payment method used with Leon188 must belong to the registered account holder. Third-party deposits may be rejected or returned. Leon188 may request evidence of ownership, a bank statement with sensitive transaction details obscured where appropriate, or other verification before funds are made available.

Account balances do not earn interest. Leon188 may correct a balance affected by an obvious technical, settlement, or payment error. Chargebacks, reversed transfers, unpaid deposits, or improper payment disputes may lead to account restriction and recovery of the affected amount.

06 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Leon188 promotions may be subject to specific conditions displayed with the offer. These may include a minimum deposit such as RM50, wagering requirements such as 10x or 35x, eligible games, maximum bonus bets, expiry periods, and maximum cash-out limits.

Unless the promotion states otherwise, only one welcome offer may be used per player, household, device, IP address, payment method, or shared residence. Leon188 may remove bonus funds and associated winnings where there is evidence of duplicate claims, coordinated play, hedging, low-risk bonus abuse, or deliberate circumvention of promotional rules.

Game contribution rates differ. Slots may contribute more towards wagering than blackjack, baccarat, poker, live dealer products, or selected sports markets. Players should read the applicable offer details before accepting a Leon188 bonus.

07 Wagers, Game Rules, and Settlement

You must check all selections, odds, stakes, and potential returns before confirming a wager. Once accepted by Leon188, a wager generally cannot be changed or cancelled merely because a player made an error.

08 Withdrawals and Identity Verification

Withdrawals are subject to sufficient cleared balance, completed wagering conditions, account verification, fraud screening, and payment provider requirements. Leon188 may request identity, address, source-of-funds, payment ownership, or other compliance documents before approving a withdrawal.

Where reasonably possible, Leon188 may return funds through the original deposit route. Processing times for FPX, DuitNow, eWallets, and bank transfers are estimates and may be affected by Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, scheduled maintenance, weekends, or additional verification.

A withdrawal request may be delayed, declined, or adjusted where funds are linked to an unsettled wager, chargeback, technical credit, promotional breach, or suspected unlawful activity. Leon188 will not request a player's password as part of ordinary withdrawal verification.

09 Prohibited Conduct

You must not use Leon188 to engage in:

• fraud, money laundering, identity misuse, payment abuse, or any unlawful activity;
• collusion, chip dumping, match manipulation, insider betting, or coordinated wagering;
• automated scripts, bots, scraping tools, or software intended to gain an unfair advantage;
• account sharing, duplicate account creation, false registration, or document alteration;
• interference with Leon188 security, source code, networks, payment systems, or game operation; or
• abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or dishonest conduct towards staff or other players.

Leon188 may investigate suspected misconduct, restrict services, void affected wagers, withhold improperly obtained funds, or close an account where permitted. Legitimately deposited funds will be handled according to applicable verification and payment requirements.

10 Technical Interruptions and Service Availability

Leon188 aims to provide reliable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Services may be unavailable because of maintenance, telecommunications failure, payment outages, device incompatibility, cyber incidents, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

If a connection fails during a wager or game round, the Leon188 transaction record will be used to determine whether the wager was accepted and how it should be settled. Players should not assume that closing a browser, losing mobile coverage, or refreshing a page has cancelled a confirmed wager.

11 Responsible Gambling

14 Liability and Player Responsibility

You accept the ordinary financial risk of gambling and remain responsible for decisions made through your account. Leon188 is not responsible for losses caused by your betting choices, disclosure of credentials, failure to understand game rules, or use of an unsupported device or network.
